Once a lowlife from Balaska, Barg became an unwilling participant in one of the kingdom's many biological experiments. In an effort create the ultimate soldier, Balaskan scientists placed a human mind in a clacktrack body.

The results were catastrophic. Just days after his creation, Barg escaped from the Balaskan labs, killing anyone who stood in his path. Charged by unprecendented hatred and aggression, the abomination traveled to Soot Vienna where he came to dominate the underworld.

After securing a mansion in the dark sector, Barg built himself a small empire comprising of villainous mutants and humans alike.

Vicious, fearless, and capable of rapid-regeneration in battle, the people of Soot Vienna can do little more than pay tribute and pray.
