CORLEY OPPENHEIMER

Born to the struggle on the streets of Soot Vienna, Corley has clawed her way up the social ladder through a mix of wit, smarts, and charm. Her powers of observation, and insatiable interest in the happenings and political relationships all around her made her the premier information broker of the underworld. It even led some to call her, "Queen of the Slums".

After buying out an old hotel-turned-drughouse, Corley created an intelligence agency with a staff of capable spies and informants who became her eyes and ears everywhere. She has since turned her repurposed building into a villa of sorts and become a key player in Drake's rebellion against the Confederacy.
