Corley's Villa

In the years before the Last War, the “villa” was a luxurious hotel. As the city decayed, it turned into a drughouse. Two centuries later, the savvy information broker, Corley, swooped in to buy the structure on the cheap. She transformed it, once again, into a thing of beauty. Rich with the funds provided to her by her growing information empire, she houses and employs a network of informants, spies, and soldiers simply known as “agents” to do her bidding.

Anybody who is somebody has done business with Corley, but only at her explicit request. A visit to her villa has become a sign of status in the Soot Viennese underworld.
