Also known as "The Emperor's City", this is the upper half of the Victarian capital. Those who are born in Neo Vienna stay in it, and those beneath and destined to provide for them.
MURBACH
Capital of the Kingdom of Balaska, Murbach is a military stronghold, home to Schwarz Tower and the infamous coliseum.
KIEL
A key port for the Kingdom of Balaska, Kiel is the only city that wasn't directly impacted by a nuclear weapon during the Last War.
