LORD ALEXANDER XAVIER

Alexander Xavier was once a starry-eyed pupil of the decorated imperator, Lord Drake Kicklighter. However, after meeting his wife, Sara, Drake soon became sympathetic to the plight of the people beneath the soot, and a dissident himself.

Unable to tolerate such insolence from his chief general, Emperor Tyrannis dispatched Lord Xavier to exhile his teacher and claim the title of imperator for himself.

Xavier did exactly that. After murdering Sara, he exhiled Drake and his daughter Bridgett to live out the rest of their lives amongst the rabble beneath the neo city.

Courageous, powerful, and intolerant, Lord Xavier is an unwaivering champion of the Victarian Empire. He will do whatever it takes to see that his country continues to dominate.
